I feel I should know this but contractions. Do they make your whole uterus hard? I've had off and on what could be contractions or bh. They are uncomfortable, feel crampy down low and all along the front of my uterus is hard and it makes my heart rate change. They're enough at times to make me say "oww" or need to breathe through. But I also wonder if she's just moving really weird.
I think it's hard to tell until it's not. My "real" contractions felt nothing like BH or how I thought they would feel but all the sudden it was like "oh ok that is new and real and really painful" for me they were much lower and more crampy than I would have expected.
Ugh, you guys. The two year old interrupted my last post by throwing up all over the couch, floor, me. I pushed send right when she started, seeing that now, it took 42 minutes to clean up at 38+ weeks pregnant. Not awesome. So the bug DS has has moved in to her. He hasn't eaten anything yet today so I don't know if he's past the throw up stage or not, he kept his dinner down though. Sigh. Hoping it doesn't spread to MH and me next. This baby really needs to follow suit and be overdue now. Cannot have a newborn in the middle of Pukefest 2016. =(
Hugs! We all had a stomach bug with diarrhea the weekend of my due date. I thought I was in labor bc the cramping was so bad. But nope, baby stayed in, and still appears to be nice and cozy... Hope you all get better quickly!

I wish I could tell you exactly how mine felt but I can't remember aside from they hurt. I do know that mine weren't anything like what I read they'd be like. I wish I could be more help.

Wow, my Spartans just lost in the first round of the NCAA tourney. March Madness? More like March Sadness. Even with their loss, I will say, having 20430248 basketball games to watch every day is making these last few days of pregnancy a bit easier.
So much catching up to do, miss you guys! Life with a newborn is so busy yet not at all productive.
H and I are like ships passing through the night haven't given much thought to birth control. We agree she is our last but can't imagine him getting a V. We'll talk about it eventually. I'm still in shock that I have 3 kids.

Sad day indeed. Upside UofM lost too so at least we don't have to hear any more ruckus from them. It's crazy that both MI teams are already out though...

My Bulls lost in the first round. They were MAC champs 2/3 years I was there, but never made it to the big dance, so I was excited.

My big kids just left with their dad for 2 weeks of spring break. I'm trying to be okay with pregnancy hormones raging, and my toddler is knocking on her brother's door and calling for them.
She's never really noticed before, so this is a first. She's getting all the hugs.
TTMA hemorrhoids- do they ever stop bleeding and hurting? I know they shrink but never go away, just curious what to expect.
Mine stopped at some point after both babies, can't remember when, but like you said, didn't go away. I think they're the worst with this pregnancy. I'm going to look into surgery after this baby since he/she's our last.

Is anyone else super impressed with their bladder capacity post delivery? I can't get over how much it can hold and how long I can go without feeling like I'll pee my pants. That is all.

Yes! Except for the fact that a few days postpartum if I had to pee then I had to get to a bathroom immediate else I would pee my pants. Poor pelvic floor muscles were all stretched.

Yes, except when I cough, sneeze, or laugh. Then not so much haha.

With DD1 mine were pretty angry for a while, maybe a few weeks to a month? Stool softeners and lots of water are your friends. And tucks wipes/pads. I didn't have issues after that. I bought some herbal stuff-a balm and sitz bath herbs and spray to use this time but I'm not even sure I'll need it yet.

My mom just left after staying with us for a week. Im pretty sure I gained 10lbs because all she did was cook comfort food. She did help an enormous amount with the baby and letting me get some good sleep.
This of course means that K will be a nightmare this coming week. Lol

That sounds so nice. I wish I had a mom like that. Instead, I'll be a mom like that.
