I don't think we should have a designated thread to AW a baby shower or something that is a big deal. If you want to AW it up Aw it up. I don't give a crap. BUT that being said, it I don't recognize you I don't give a shit. I don't want to hear about your shower or your lyfe. Participate and I'm totally cool with it.
I also liked TB's tagging feature. I miss that. I am AWFUL at tagging people here and responding because it takes me to a reply page and I can't see their name. People with crazy ass s/n's aren't going to get tagged because I can't figure out how to spell their name without looking back at it 100 times.
I can't stand leggings as pants. I know some people wear them, but I can't stand them being used as actual pants. Yoga pants are one thing and I like those, but not the skin tight, see through leggings.
leggings aren't see through.............
I'm assuming the ones that are, are the chicks rocking tights as leggings. Not the same yo and definitely see through.

I wear leggings as pants and they aren't see through at all. I never understood the leggings trend until I became pregnant and realized how comfortable they are.
I am seriously over Advocare. I have to see a million FB posts about it daily and it drives me insane. Supplements like that are not a new thing (in the weight training world anyway) and of course you're going to lose weight when you follow a healthy diet, but Advocare is not why you're losing the weight. And no, I don't want to buy it or become apart of your group to try to make money off of it.
I don't see much Advocare around here right now, I wonder if it is a regional thing
I don't understand why people wear underwear when they workout (in capris/workout leggings etc, NOT in just regular soccer shorts or what not) it is so much more comfortable to go commando
This isn't juicy, but I want to TP everyone in HDBD that makes an excuse for their appearance or hair or dirty background. Why do we as women torture ourselves? We can't all be staging glamor shots like queenrichie every week. Who has time for that shit? Even queenrichie had to post it late at night because staging takes effort!
This is great. I was just thinking about this as I was getting ready this morning. I don't usually post in HDBD because I feel like I can never get a good pic, or I don't like the way I look. So then I don't put up a pic. Dumb. But then when I go through I get SOOOOO annoyed with the sorry about this and excuse this and dirty mirror that. Shut up and just say this is me today and I'm pg and doing the best I can. I don't need a narrative of excuses and reasoning about why you look a certain way. I don't love the way I look each day. Sometimes my sweater is a crazy wrinkle mess. WHO GIVES A SHIT?

CTri17 - Because some of us get swamp crotch. (See TMI Tuesday)

This, but only with a long top. Pre pregnancy I was against it but these days I'm all for it. Post pregnancy I probably won't be though.

I mean unless you are dripping I don't see how much it is going to help... If you are wearing black you aren't going to see it and does your little bit of undie material really make much of a difference?

because instead of chafing your upper thighs it gets caught in the underwear? Thus allowing the underwear to serve one of their main purposes?
I have way more chafing if I wear undies, different body types maybe? It's been years since I've worn underwear while working out
I think going commando is pretty fucking gross in the gym. As the person using that machine right behind you, I appreciate the extra layer of fabric between your sweaty hooha and the machine.
If I'm using a machine, I wipe it down, as I expect everyone to, even if they are wearing underwear

ctri17 - For me, yes. I feel more comfortable in underwear in a gym situation for a few reasons: 1) I can wear a panty liner to protect the best I can from said "swamp crotch" happenings. 2) When you are on the hip flexer machine or leg press, no one wants to see the shape of your lady bits (most people, anyway).

So yeah-- that's definitely a good UO!
I'm here to help.
I seriously hope no one is looking at anyone else's bits while they are working out, gross.

there is literally no situation in which I can go commando while pregnant. None.

I'm sorry but I just can't with this. I think not wearing underwear at any time is gross.
Well...except for if you're sleeping. I could see not wearing underwear while you're sleeping but everyone should be wearing it at all other times.

CTri17 - If it's out for the world to view, they will look. Guaranteed.
ETA: There was this girl that used to go to our gym, and she never wore underwear. She would do the bent over rows, incline sit ups (reverse so you can see her bent over), and deep squats. Needless to say, I and everyone else in the gym could see what her mama gave her. Especially since she often worse light gray or white skin-tight bottoms.

I guess I win the day for an actual UO.
When I went for my spin instructor training, the instructor specifically told the women, do not wear thongs ever, either go commando or wear granny panties because it will be so much better for your body when working out and things will hurt less.
Ever since then (12 years ago) I've been doing that.
I can't imagine not wearing leggings all the freaking time... literally all of the pants that I wear while pregnant are leggings, with the exception of a single pair of maternity jeans.
Every single model on this page could go out in public and be considered as wearing pants.

I only wear leggings & Ugg boots right now. & they arent see-through at all. They are soooooo comfortable!! Oh I have one pair of maternity straight leg jeans, but I usually will wear leggings instead.

I could see that with the thongs. Heck! I have issues with thongs right now and will only wear granny panties for the duration of this pregnancy. VPL and I don't care.
Actually Natori makes some great underwear that don't give you VPL and are super comfortable.
Sweet jeebus, those outfits are hideous. I am also not a big fan of smocking and I have a friend in Louisiana that I'm pretty sure owns nothing but for her daughter.
BUT my real UO opinion today is that I don't give a shizz about football. And living in Seattle that makes me some kind of pinko commie.
I have the same opinion about sports in general. I have absolutely NO desire to watch or participate in a sporting event of any kind. I don't usually express this UO, because if I do, people look at me like I just said "I hate America". I'm even originally from Ohio and couldn't give a damn about Ohio State football. Luckily I married a man who is in complete agreement with me, but I'll be in trouble if one of my kids turns out to be really into sports! Maybe then I'll learn to like it.
