I'm here too. I hate typing things out one-handed, so I'm just lurking unless it's during naptime. V is starting to get way more alert and wants to interact when she's awake, so she fusses if I'm otherwise distracted.
I stopped checking in MOTN because I realized it was making it hard for me to go back to sleep - which I desperately need to take care of the toddler! I've noticed a lot of people have dipped out, but I hope they return once schedules start to even out a bit.
Just wanted to drop in quick and say hi! I hope you and your LOs are all doing well!!!
Well hi back! How's pregnancy going?
Great!! Thanks for asking! Ever since I hit 12 weeks it seems to be flying by. I'll be 21 weeks tomorrow and we found out yesterday baby is a boy!! It has been uneventful so far which I've enjoyed. Not much in the way of symptoms and feeling movement throughout the day every day now so no complaints here!
I have been dealing with sickness this week. My almost three year old has had a fever on and off since Sunday night. We've given her cough and allergy medicine as well as Tylenol. She hardly ever gets sick and when she is sick you can hardly tell and she doesn't act much different but today I could tell that her energy was zapped. My husband is feeling sick. EJ has a stuffy nose and there's a little bit of coughing but nothing overly concerning. I have a stuffy nose but otherwise feel fine. My sister is 38 weeks today and I want us to get better so we can see the baby when she's born!

4 weeks out and I still have flashbacks to how awful my labor was. Just me? Haha. People say you forget over time, but as of now I'm confident I'll never do that again.

This feels like part AW, part confession but I'm like a new woman. I barely squeezed in to an old bathing suit and had a mostly successful 2.5 hour bath with my sick little boy, soothing music, and a bag of M&Ms.
Eta: there was screaming, hacking, vomiting, and poopsplosions on either side of bath time, though. The M&Ms were necessary.

Woohoo! So glad to hear everything is going smoothly Congrats on the boy news, and I hope the second half of pregnancy flies by just as quickly!
I think there was a sleep deprived funny things you have done thread somewhere.... I thought I was fine, but I have now submitted the forms to get Lo's birth certificate incorrectly twice. The first time I mailed the stuff without a stamp, this time I forgot a check, which was in it the first time so what happened to the check?!
Love call the midwife but it can be a little triggery, since it deals with a lot of birth and pregnancy issues. Is anyone else watching this season? I am finding it almost too sad to watch.
I watch this show with tissues. Almost every episode makes me cry. I hate crying, but the show is soooo good!

Instead of snapping up K's onsie after her MOTN diaper change, I tucked it into her diaper cover. I discovered this, this morning when I unzipped her sleepsack and found her onsie all wet.
adorebel major thanks for the swaddle me up suggestion!! I got ours in the mail this week, and it is AWESOME!! H says she looks like a flying squirrel lol
TTC since Sept 2012 M/C on 5/01/13 at 8 wks AF finally appeared 11 wks later per Provera Diagnosed with PCOS on 7/29/13 Three Failed Medicated Cycles, NTNP Indefinitely BFP #2 9/14/14, EDD 5/23/15...MMC discovered @ 9w2d; D&C 10/23/14 ***BFP #3 7/4/15, LO born 3/17/16***
I have basically no clothes to fit B right now. I had just a few newborn pjs; most of which she has outgrown in the last week due mainly to length. But she's still so small (15th percentile) that 3months, which I have a TON of, are way too big. I think I have maybe 2 or 3 of the 0-3 size stuff, and they vary from loose to baggy on her.

Awesome! I'm so glad. It was a lifesaver for us because she hated arms down swaddling but needed to be contained. And they tooootally look like flying squirrels!
We are going to try the halo sacks, where arms can be in or out, for the next phase when she gets to 13lb, but swaddle up also makes a version for the next weight range where you can zip the arms on and off. I think it's called the swaddle up 50/50. I think we might go with one halo and one 50/50.

We have a swaddle me up too. Sadly it doesn't work well right now. She likes it but having her hands by her face starts her routing reflex earlier at night. Hopefully in a few more weeks will I have better luck. Technically she is too light right now anyhow. But too long for the newborn size.

I think the brand Lovedbaby in the 0-3 months is smaller than a lot of others. It is also a little more expensive (even on Amazon) but may be worth it for a few more items she could wear. Here's a link to one of their items in case you're interested www.amazon.com/dp/B00T0ZW4XC/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_awd_BwMixb90306TY

A friend of mine watched J last night so DH and I could have a date night. We just went out for dinner but it was nice to have a little time for just the two of us!

That was me the first time around! It took me awhile to get over it, but I did. Second time around was so much better, and I am actually a little sad I won't get to do it over again.
Poor DD got her 2 month shots this morning. She has been sleeping all day, i have basically had to feed her while she was sleeping all day. So sad, i hope she is back to herself tomorrow...

We are in the same boat!
The Carter's terry cloth pjs seem to run bigger than the Carter cotton ones or others from the Babies R Us brand or Gerber.
