Good morning! Last night was awful. W woke up screaming and without thinking I started to feed him and then remembered I had taken my xanax to sleep. So then I spiraled out on how much he could've gotten in to his system. And H brought up withdrawal symptoms (which only happen in newborns). Long story short I was up till after 2 worrying about what I'm doing to him with the tiny bit of xanax he could possibly get. And then I had nightmares all night. So I need all the coffee and probably a donut today.
I'm at my parents house until Thursday. DH leaves today for a work trip and will be back tomorrow night after bedtime. This should be interesting. My parents don't really help out with the kids and their house isn't child proofed. Maybe I can get my dad to step things up and help out if I ask him to do specific things.
Plan for today is to take the kids to the library where they have a fun play space. We need to keep my mom indoors where it's air conditioned. Then we're going to blow up the kiddie pool for the kids to play in this afternoon.
DS has had a lingering low fever the last 3 days or so, but has been acting completely normal; eating, drinking, playing, etc. He still has it today, and my mom is back on the morning & DC drop off run. I'm thinking I'm going to call the ped just to see what they think since it's been lingering for a few days now.
Anyone else deal with a pesky lingering fever? DD used to always get them from teething but they'd go away in a day or 2, never last 3+ days. He's not showing any other signs of it being something else, no rash, no bumps or blisters (HFM was my first thought, but nothing).

ah Monday. Kids hated daycare drop off. But now I'm at work, and I took a few minutes to do my planner, since shitty coworker has yet to show up still (it's 9:48). Also everyone here is bad at technology and we switched email servers so its mayhem in here. It took me 2 minutes to switch my shit and I'm just taking it easy until everyone else catches up
Anyone else excited about the Harry Potter release on Saturday?

Also L's birthday party is on Sunday and I am not even started in preparations. Ha. Oh boy. My mom will be there so maybe she'll just go into beast mode and do some of it? Haha here's to hoping.

Lol (woke at 5 had a bottle and back to sleep until 8:30, usually up at 6 and nap at 9...lol...so no morning nap). Oh well, we shall Roll with it!
