Gl with the dream feed! I gave F formula because I want to know how much he's eating before bed. He crushed all three oz and is now nursing like a champ. I'm going to guess he's eaten at least 4 total. Next gonna try the suit and rock to sleep with soother. FX

H gave B a bottle last night. He only drank 2 oz and H said it was a fight to get him to drink that.
I'm convinced he just can't fall asleep on his own MOTN, which is insane because he goes down for naps awake!

Good luck with the bottles!
Babies are such weirdos.
F took 3 naps today - none longer than 45 mins but I was happy with that. I didn't nurse to nap but DH had to rock him in the Merlin suit.
He did better! After I finally got him back down I went to bed right away and he slept not quite 4hours! I woke up twice in there but fell asleep decently quickly.
We've had a fucking awful night--up every 60-90 min. At this point she is just way overtired from lack of sleep for the last few days. I'm listening to her scream in the other room while DH tries to calm her down. Oh, and DD's sickness that I have is kicking my ass. I have horrible body aches and a sore throat, and I've already emailed my new boss to say I won't be in today. I'm so embarrassed because it's only my 3rd day of my new job, but I just don't see how I can function like this.
Curse germs and bad baby sleep patterns. I'd love to fast forward about 3 mos (6 mos was when we sleep trained dd and she started sleeping 12 hour stretches on the regular).

I am literally counting the days until I can sleep train B. Sorry you guys are sick and tired over there too
Idk what's up with my kid. One night he sleeps 7.5 hours and the next (last night) he was literally awake almost all night. Not hungry or fussy, just ready to play or look at me smiling. Wtf dude.
Ugh. I put F down for 3 minutes immediately before bed so I could bring stuff upstairs and he fell asleep.
Which would be wonderful except that he's not buckled in so I can't just leave him there to sleep for the night.
Options: 1) grab him and move him to bed - he will def wake up 2) buckle him - he will wake up 3) wait for him to wake up to o to bed - with my luck he'll sleep through the night lol 4) sleep on the couch beside him
I think I shall go with #4 if he's still sleeping by the time I'm ready for bed
I didn't even look at my phone last night. I was too depressed when she woke up after I had only gotten 1.5 hours of sleep in her first stretch. And I even went to bed early. I did notice she was trying to roll yesterday so even though the WW app says we're not in a leap she's definitely trying something new. I bet that's contributing to extra crappy sleep.

Ugh. May I join you? Last night, M had a 4 hour stretch 8-12 and had I known I would have tried to sleep at 8 but I was up until 10:30. After 12, he was up every 2 hours almost to the minute. Well played, little trickster. At 4, he woke up shreaking like I've never heard before, just one terrible Eeeeeeeee. At 6, his nose was super stuffy, so I'm hoping that was part of it. Oh, and at 6 he was up, so we're enjoying coffee and Stranger Things.

Woof. Sorry! This is basically B's life at night.
Although by some miracle he slept from 5-7:30 and my big kid slept until 8!!! That is witch craft around these parts.
Thank goodness for that last little stretch melody330. It's funny because last month I would have been happy but now it feels like a major regression.
I feel so much better because of that last stretch. I'm hoping he gets his act together soon. H is really frustrated and upset that he can't do anything MOTN to help.
All of a sudden, E has decided that she doesn't want to fall asleep or start the night in her crib. She screams bloody murder until I pick her up and put her in bed with me, where she nurses on and off all night (last night was nigh #3 of this). I was so excited last week about the few days she went down relatively easily and slept for 6-7 hours. I really need the sleep right now.
No point to this post, except that I just wanted to bitch.
