I'm WFH today because sick. I just requested deletion of all 3 (yikes) of my knot/bump accounts. I had a TK account and hated the name so I guess I made another one and didn't use it, and then I made my bump one that I used. #logic
bluedot how scary! You couldn't have been more present, these things just happen all the time. I swear that I am getting a giant hamster ball for lo to roll herself around in. How do they find every dangerous item? They should hire babies to do quality control bc, if there is any flaw in my safety plans, lo will exploit it. shellbell I think a lot of malls have strollers to use. Or you could wear lo and count it as your workout for the next week.

Geesh! Lol I'm trying to catch up!
Nutella is delish! I haven't had cookie butter YET!
mamosey 12oz at night! Wowzers. My lo was getting the bulk of his meals thru the night until I got the flu also!
I will for ever be that lady that doesn't proof read her post and I apologize to you grammar police! Lol I was look at a few of my post on here I used quiet instead of quite- the instead of that- sure I have numerous spelling errors- try and love me w my flaws lol
squirm I thought about the ergo, but I haven't used it much recently. So I don't want it to be a disaster and not have a safety net (and look like a moron in front of these new friends). Plus we're having lunch at the food court where high chairs are scarce, so the stroller can double as a place to eat. I'll probably go to H's work to get it, which is out of my way but not wAy out of my way.
bluedot (((hugs))) mama. Give t a big hug and know you helped him and that he's fine.
If it isn't one kid waking up, it's the other. And, like last night, if it's neither kid, it's the effing cats bothering us to get fed early. Little buttheads.
Two kids in DS2's room at daycare were diagnosed with pink eye. I really hope he doesn't get it. I've used so much sick time, I've had to start using vacation time to cover it. We have eye drops from the last round of pink eye, at least.
@elf828 and megash113, I hope your littles feel better soon.
rondackhiker, I hope your road is cleared soon! That's awful.
shellbell I was thinking about getting a couple of cheapie umbrella strollers from consignment so mh and I could keep emergency strollers in our trunks. I have been left without a stroller too many times (finger tapping angry emoji)

We actually have two strollers -- a travel system monster and a Chicco Liteway. The Liteway is at my mom's house because we couldn't fit it in the car after Christmas. I need it back. Like yesterday.
carseat we have to do a hearing test (next friday) as part of an eval too. Some paperwork they gave us said they wanted A to be sleep deprived and not to let him sleep in the car on the way there. Umm, I have no idea how to do that.

mamosey I think that is about how much my LO eats overnight. It is getting rediculous. She typically nurses 4 or 5 times! I am leaving her overnight in a few weeks. I don't expect it to go well.
Thanks everyone... he's totally fine... belly laughing and scream crawling... I'm usually on him like a hawk at babysitting house, because their toys are not always safe. I just didn't see him snatch this toy off of the vanity. I know it could have happened to anyone... I'm still mad at myself though out of guilt
djtippietoes - CRAP!!! Hm. I'm going to make a call.
carseat Actually, I take that back. DH told me that the form said that but I just went back to look and that's for non-sedated ABRs. A is just having an audiology/hearing evaluation. Might be worth a call anyway though.

Okay, apparently it doesn't matter for this test. Yay! That simplifies things a bit!

bluedot don't be so hard on yourself! Glad T is okay. @misdemeanor just wanted to say hey. So, hey girl!
So I had dreams about all the scenarios that could occur today with the new student. The plan is to lead with kindness--firm and strict but kind. I'm hoping to see mom so that we can briefly talk/break the ice before the instructional day begins.
Good morning! I don't participate in randoms because I can't keep up, but I'm DYING over here because Octonauts just had an episode about blob fish and you ladies are all can think of!!
Have a good day!
I'm still reading through but I have to say I freaking love Octonauts and so does DS. I think the Vegimal Christmas episode is my fave. #ohthatcaptainbarnacles
carseat she doesn't live locally but she is coming to visit next month....for an entire month. I love my mom but good lord. I guess I will be getting plenty of runs in so I can take a break!

Okay, so I had to make this appointment for a receptive speech evaluation (and a hearing test to go along with it) for A and at the time, the place said they hadn't received the pedi referrals but they'd go ahead and schedule the appointments anyway. I just called them back to see if they had received them or if I needed to hunt them down and they told me that they had to cancel the appointments because he was too young. WTF? Why did they make them in the first place? They knew his birth date!
