Sure..I'll join.
Hi! DH & I are both 28, we're in southwest Georgia and were married October 20, 2012. I think someone here in the past shared our anniversary..
G is baby number 1 for us but I also have a rat terrier named Tinkerbell who is 7. I want one more but after we had a scary delivery followed by our NICU stay DH is a little less keen on the idea. Plus he feels like we'd be better financially with just her...but I think we'd be fine.
I work in a call center and work in management ...mainly I keep up with agents schedules and stats but I am also account manager for one of our accounts too..I was promoted to this from being on the phones after going back to work after my ML was up and I was done with treatment. DH is an employee of the GA Forestry so basically he fights wildfire among other things and gets to play smokey bear.
Fun! I'll play. My name is Desirre, I am 28 and a first time mom to Aiden. DH and I have been married since 2009 and together since 2004 and live in Central, Ohio. I work in Product Management for an insurance company and DH is in Operations Management for a Manufacturing company. We have 1 fur baby, Max, an Australian Shepherd who is 3. We plan to TTC again soon! I ran a relatively successful Etsy shop making decorations for children's birthday parties before DS was born. I would love to open it back up eventually but lack the ambition currently!

Hi there!
I'm a 30 yo FTM to Evelyn who will be one on 2/16. My H and I have been married since 2011 and we live in MN. I work FT in marketing, I am in management. I went to grad school for communication and have been in the marketing field for 9 years now. DH works in IT.
We have a 3 year old whippet mix who barely tolerates LO. We hope to add one more to the family and will likely start TTC this fall.
I love cooking, baking, reading and photography. I am a big introvert and homebody- I love being at home with my family.

I'll play. I have been in and out here since the beginning. I'm more active at the SAHM board (not gbcb...), but it's nice to catch up on same age babes here too. I'm 31, I live in MN, I teach reading and have 2 girls, 25 months apart (siggy). Life is an insane blur right now because my dd2 doesn't sleep. Period. She thinks it's a waste of time. I think it's required. We butt heads on this regularly, like 7 times a night some days. I enjoy wine, coffee, chocolate and sleep. Or wine if I can't have sleep. We have a beagle, she's cute and thinks she's the center of the universe. I'd do an ama someday, but I never know what to say Back when I had free time I read books, painted, organized things and went for long walks. Now I walk to the mailbox, read short blogs online and am thankful some weeks that the laundry doesn't actually eat us.
@elf828 - I started and ended at Berks campus but I was there 2001 and 2002 (I started in 1998 but graduated in 2003). Because I did the branch campus thing I didn't get the full State College experience but I enjoyed it while I was there. We lived in Tofttrees. Hung out a lot at The Phyrst (loved the table wars) and The Dark Horse. And the Crow Bar, which I heard has closed. We'd go for nickel drink nights. It's a miracle I survived!
Hey! I initially intro'd in May after lurking for months and reintro'd last week after losing touch with the bump. I am a 30 year old FTM from South Jersey. My husband and I met while I was a freshman at Penn State on Thanksgiving Break. We had graduated high school together but ran in different circles. We were married 11/12 but have been together for 12 years. I started college as an astrophysics major but did a complete 180 and am an investigating social worker for the Division of Child Protection. My H works for the supplier of a grocery chain. Our daughter Emma was born 2/27. We have a four year old golden retriever named Sonny. I grew up between Jersey and central PA where I was born. I like to do photography and pintresty things for fun, especially refinishing furniture. I have an awesome sofa table thrift store find I painted with Annie Sloan chalk paint I'm particularly proud of. I love red wine, traveling, and watching the investigation discovery channel. I listen to Howard Stern daily and pluck my eye brows to relax (not in an OCD kid of way). Oh and this one is for the fellow penn staters @elf828. My one and only tattoo. Excuse the dry skin....it's January :0).

I'm a 34 year old Colorado native. I'm a FTM to Maya who will be 1 on 2/6. H and I met through his aunt who I used to work with. We've been married for 6 years, together 11 years . I started out as a SAHM since I decided to not go back to my job when Maya was born. I am a therapist and started my own private practice. Thankfully my practice picked up after many months, and I do that part time. My fur babies are a golden retriever named Bayla and 2 cats named Max and Shyla. I enjoy running, cooking, binge watching shows on Netflix, and shopping. I live to travel. I'm not shy, but I'm super introverted.

caer The Crowbar is a club now! Like, EDM club. It's called Levels. And my HS boyfriend started at Berks so I was on that campus a lot 97-98.
No way! I'm sad that it's a club now - so many good bands came through there before they were big.
And Berks was ok as branch campuses go. I actually chose it over State College because I had a boyfriend and a job in the area. Wish I could get a do-over on that one.
I'm 34 and my wife is karlamo. We've been together since a drunken st. Paddy's day in 2003. Married in 08.
We have our first, a boy R, who will be one on 2/25 and second on the way due 8/28. I carried, but after a long TTC journey learned I had low ovarian reserve and used karlamo's egg. We have 2 kitties and recently moved from a suburb of Boston to one closer to Providence. I'm originally from Chicago. I, too, chopped all my hair off.
Long hair is for suckers and we, my friend, are no suckers.

tec124 - I LOVE to refinish furniture too! Annie sloan is one of my favorite paints. Here's a before and after picture of a kitchen table and chair I found at a thrift store. I have a coffee table in the garage I really need to get to work on, but I can't decide what I want to do with it.
ETA: I stained the top of the table a dark brown color. It sort of looks black in the picture.
I'm 37, mom to DD who is 4, Nathaniel in heaven (born 2/6/14), and one on the way (due 4/20). I grew up in Alaska, now live in the Chicago suburbs (where DH grew up). DH and I have been married since 2007 (10/20 like ivedonethisb4). I SAH now, but worked for 10 years in a lab at a pharmaceutical company before DD was born. In my free time I like to read, do crafty things, take pictures, and be outside. I have two Etsy shops that never sell anything and a blog that I update a few times a month.
I'm a 38-year-old TTM to an 8yo girl, a 4yo boy, and a girl who will be one on Feb 17. We are donnnnne. I mean done like a turkey at 8 PM on Thanksgiving.
My DH and I have been married since 2003, and we recently moved to central NJ. I'm an ex-research scientist, an immunologist, and I now work in a medical affairs agency. I don't have much spare time either, but I do love cooking and exotic cuisine.
ETA I still have my waist-length hair. Thought seriously about the chop after #3 was born, but I worried about divorce
I'm 31 (soon to be 32 in March) FTM. I live in CA. I work in the legal field. My SO is a graphics designer. We have been together since 2012. Killian will be one February 25th. I am KTFU with number 2 (EDD 9/17/2015).

These are all "instafied" but these are two of my projects. Each cost $25.

Hi, my name is Tessy and usually my house is Messy. I'm 34 and currently work FT as a project manager in IT for a company that makes children's products. DS1 has been a product tester and been in some advertising. DH is a store manager for a big box store. We have 2 boys and a dog: Matthew (7), Liberty (3) and Jake (1). Liberty is a Boston Terrier/Jack Russel/ King Charles Spaniel mix and was born on September 11. I'm not sure if we will TTC again. I'll just leave it there.
I am from Jersey but have lived in PA for 8 years. DH wants to move south and has been looking for a store to transfer to. If that happened I would gladly be a SAHM again. I love M&M's. I am a total beauty product whore. I buy a lot of shit from QVC. I am planning a killer veggie garden this summer. I chopped my hair off once and will never do it again. My hair is too thick to go super short.

That white table is amazing!
I LOVE the entry way table! I have a similar colored one that I refinished for our family room. We use it as an "entertainment center". I love pops of color in furniture. You are very talented. Any other projects you are working on?
