First pp poop was no big deal. I'm out of stool softeners though and I'm thinking I should send H it to pick some more up as being without a thyroid has constipated me in the past few months.

Yeah I haven't had any issues either but I preemptively started Miralax at 38 weeks to prevent any issues. It did make for some pooping during delivery but I would rather that than PP constipation.

Oh I pooped so many times during delivery. Lol I kept telling H not to look.
Oh god it was ridiculous. It kept coming and coming and coming, and then I had my first PP poop before I even got moved to the recovery room! Where did it all come from??
Lol my first postpartum poop experience included a curious toddler playing in the bathroom and a nursing newborn in my arms. It was at that moment I realized I was officially a mom of two and would never have privacy again.
I have "pad rash". I'm not used to wearing pads or liners. Have tried severa brands and they all dig into my butt a little, where I now have a legit rash. I know...TMI!

Omg me too. I stole some diaper rash cream from my kids lol. It helped a ton!

I did too. When the bleeding slowed a bit I was able to switch to liners and that helped a lot.
So I took off my dressing on my c section incision on Saturday. On the right side of the incision it was bleeding a tiny bit and I just figured maybe I pulled the scab when I took off the dressing. I put a bandaid on and went about my day. By the end of Saturday it had soaked a tiny bit through the bandaid but it was barely anything. Sunday morning took the bandaid off in the shower and it looked pretty good. Looked again like 30 min later and it was bleeding. Yesterday I bled through 2 bandaids and this morning I'm in the same position - it's bleeding but not like actively bleeding. I wouldn't be worried at all but it's getting slightly worse not better.
OB is closed today - do I call the on call OB and ask about it wait until tomorrow?

Im not sure if you've done anything yet, but you can always call the doctor. My incision had one area that is the same. I never called and over my 3 weeks PP it's gradually stopped and healed up. Just keep it clean and dry and watch for signs of infection. Keeping a bandaid over it is fine, but allow it some time to air out as well, maybe at night?

Uterus cramping with breastfeeding is so much more intense this time. Percocet isn't even helping much!
Mine were so bad they were going down my legs as well.
Mine hurt a lot to this time around. But it did give me reassurance that DD2 had a better latch and was getting more colostrum/milk then DD1 did. Still didn't enjoy them though
Forgive me if this has been addressed already....TTMA bladder control issues I had a 2nd degree tear and PP have found myself leaking pee constantly since delivery. To the point that I'm holding L trying to nurse her and suddenly have to hand her off to MH so I can run to the bathroom in time. Usually end up having to change my yoga pants and underwear after because I don't make it. Makes me want to cry, so frustrating.
Anyone else dealt with this? Seems like the big bulky hospital pads don't cut it for me ....should I get some Depends or Poise pads? Does this get better?? I'm so worried that it'll be like this from now on. Any other advice?

I didn't deal with this but I found the depends to be super comfy and good control for bleeding so I might consider trying them if I was having to run to the restroom frequently. Hopefully it restores soon! Sorry!

I had this bad with A. Eventually it got better. Depends work well!

My Midwives warned me about that but I didn't have a problem. They suggested I pee before nursing because I might not feel the urge to pee for a few days.

Kegels, kegels, kegels. Also, since this is indicative of a weakness in the pelvic floor, I'd refrain from strenuous activity/lifting things until it corrects itself.
