My 3.5 year old has been doing a potty training module through ABA. He started Wednesday and is doing great. Typically only an accident a day, and it's usually at the end of the day. I'm glad he's finally caught on. Now we just need him to self inititate instead of doing timed sits. But he pees pretty much every time we put him on the potty, even if it's just a tiny bit, so he knows that's what he has to do! Poop is another beast. That's pretty much always an accident.

I'm working on shutting the boobs down. I've gradually decreased the amount of time I pump (from 20 to 10 minutes). My next thought is to increase time between to drop a session. Is that the way this is supposed to go?

FFMC: Left the kids in the family room with H and told him I had to take care of some business in the bathroom and may be awhile. I'm not even using the bathroom. Just sitting here and enjoying the peace and quiet.

We sold our house and bought a new house in the last 5 days. Closing on both before I get back from mat leave on 8/24. Crazyyyyy! E is gonna grow up in this new house. So fun to think about.
I consider it a challenge before the whole human race, and I ain't gonna lose.

Tonight's bedtime routine brings you the following: I do not wish DS' sleep habits on anyone, not even my worst enemy. Feels like every other month we have to go through this crap.
Sorry to complain, but it's driving me up the wall.
A FB friend had her LO the beginning of April. For every week, she will post a picture of LO with a caption of how old baby is. NBD, right?
Wrong.
For weeks 4,8, and 12, she has posted that her LO is 1, 2, and 3 months old, respectively.
No. Just no. 4 weeks does not equal 1 month.
And she's a teacher. You'd think she'd figure this out by month 2.
Yea I made this mistake month 1 but realized it a couple days later. I felt like an idiot. *shrug* She'll probably feel like a total moron once she realizes it.

Oh, I totally did this with month 1 with DD1, but, like you, realized my error soon after. I was giving her the benefit of the doubt but 3 months is a bit long to figure it out haha

In all my supply tanking research the past few days I kept reading about pregnancy being a big factor and every time I read "Could you be pregnant?" "Are you pregnant" "Pregnancy" my heart would skip a beat.

NOPE NOPE NOPE NOPE NOPE.
Yeah I started freaking out about this last night. I have freaking Mirena and I have had sex once since getting it in. If I am pregnant I will cry. A lot.

Ugh maybe we should be using condoms in addition. As hard as it was for us to get & stay pg, I figured the mini pill would be enough. Since I stopped pumping, I should prolly call my Dr and get a script for full on bcp.

I think LO just transferred a toy from one hand to another. She was holding it in the left hand and brought it to both hands and seemed to be trying to figure something out. Then let go with the right, then repeated that twice and then finally on the third try let go with the left. Idk if it was on purpose but it looked intentional. So I did our yay good job face. She holds things with both hands all the time

I was fine not pumping at all yesterday so I didn't bring my pump with me today. Big mistake. I just had to hand express into the toilet for relief. #lowpoint
