Hi hi! We came back home yesterday since I didn't want to be away from DD so long without even a baby to show for it, haha. Today has been uneventful. I made an appointment with my local OB and she didn't check for dilation because the hospital (on Tuesday) said I was 2 cm and she didn't want to stimulate the area too much with induction date on Saturday. Right now, we're just sitting tight in case things get going tomorrow or else, sticking with induction plans. If things start up tomorrow, but I'm still not fully there, I imagine they'd allow me to be induced since my original induction was for Friday until I asked for it to be moved to Saturday.
We just watched Happiest Baby on the Block. H was so adorable, he was paying rapt attention the whole time. When he taught the swaddle H said "but I'm so bad at wrapping gifts!" Haha

Someone gave me that DVD and I thought I had more time before baby to watch it. Fail. I'll get to it eventually.
I think my kid is growing. We've gone from having to wake her every 3 hours to eat (staying on her NICU schedule) to her screaming at me every 2 hours Let the fun begin!
I just spent forever purging about 2500 emails from my inbox. I don't know why I thought that was the best use of my time, especially considering how messy my apartment is right now... but it was cathartic.
I'm grumpy tonight even though everything is going just fine. My NST was uneventful and everything keeps coming up just fine medically. Which means they'll let me stay pregnant until I ask for an induction or go into labor. (Sorry for repeat info) My doctor says we can induce anytime after Monday, but she'd like to see my cervix cooperate a little more first. Am I already a bad mom if I want to induce a few days before my due date? I'm ready to be done with this and move on to the next phase. I'm tired and I hurt. And let's be honest, the waiting game is freaking killing me. I'm drinking the tea and doing the EPO and pumping a few times a day. Let's go baby!!!
@rama I'm sorry about your car! We are a 1 car household and we had about a week without a reliable vehicle. It sucked.
