You mean you're not sure if you are having twins again? When did you find out you were having twins last time?
OH no no no no no! I mean, a tiny part of me was disappointed.. at 2-1/2 the twins are soo much fun to watch together. I'm still with the same MFM that saved my twins, she does all her own ultrasounds, so her actually exam room is a bed set up next to an ultrasound machine that is attached to her monitor and the tv across from the bed. I get an ultrasound at every visit. Definitely NO twins in there. Sorry for the confusion. I got a horrible head cold with a wonderful sore throat >< so my thinking is even more clogged than normal.
As to when I found out last time, it was at the dating ultrasound at 8 weeks, I think. I need to find one of the first pictures because it is the reason I still think they are identical. They were di/di, but their sacks literally looked like an oval with a thick line through the middle.
Oh got it! I had an ultrasound at 5w4d, and wondered when twins were usually visible - we only saw one sac on the first ultrasound. I have another one tomorrow and I guess I've just been mentally going through a list of all the things that could happen, from a repeat molar pregnancy to the possibility of twins. H is scared of twins - not because of the babies part, but because of the high-risk aspect of carrying twins. I would be delighted and terrified I think, haha!
Does anyone else play a little game of "is it pregnancy, or just bad life choices?"
Example: Do I feel like throwing up because of pregnancy? Or, do I feel like throwing up because I ate 2 cups of spaghetti, a serving of yogurt and a slice of strawberry pie within an hour?

Or maybe it's all connected...
Yes.. definitely. This head cold. I was sure it was crying through a movie on Wednesday because that is when the congestion started.. now this is full blown, sore throat, everything.

I'm starting to think I feel this LO. I'll be 12 weeks tomorrow. I realize it could be gas or muscles twitches, which I've had a lot of. But sooooometimes I really think so.... I just can't wait 😬
@justinslovo Nooooo!!!!! I'm so sorry! I don't know how you take care of the kids while also feeling so awful yourself. Hope your H is spared and his new job goes well tomorrow.
