. hope that it was just a weird non-harmful freak pregnancy thing that doesn't happen again! How scary! Glad you're taking it easy tomorrow, and probably smart to not be alone just in case!
. that's sooo scary!! I'm sorry you went through that. My friends 10 year old daughter had an atypical migraine with the same type of symptoms you're describing. So scary, but hasn't happened since the one time. Hopefully you're the same and just have the one! Still terrifying though

. exact same thing happened to me when I was a sophomore in high school! It was terrifying. Right side of my body went numb, so did my mouth and I was also talking gibberish. They did tons of tests and I too was diagnosed with an atypical migraine. I was scared that I had had a stroke but everything for that came back negative. I haven't had anything like that happen since then and I'm fine. I had a little bit of a droopy eye on the side that went numb for a little bit afterward but it's was oretty much back to normal several months after. It occasionally looks a little droopy when I'm really tired but that's the only sort of "lasting" effect I've had from it.
I hope this isn't too weird to suggest but maybe a stool or squatty potty would help? It's certainly helped me.
Possibly! I think I just need to get a little more intense with my water and fiber intake
Nothing is too weird here lol
I started making smoothies when I noticed things slowing down. You could even get prune juice and add a few ounces to the smoothie and I doubt you'd notice the flavor.

Oh! I will do this too I think! I make fruit smoothies for a nice snack in the afternoon! I just started myself on benefiber. It only works sometimes.
., oh migraines I'm so sorry. That is one I haven't had.. I'd be terrified. I'm glad that everything else is showing clear though
cosmicav, darn digestive issues. I had some fun with that with the twins. I swear, I keep eating enough meals that don't like me this pregnancy that as soon as things start to slow down, I go the opposite way. Eww..
I have my hospital tour today! It's super early, but I know nothing about the hospitals here, and the one my OB's office uses - this one that I'm touring today - will not be super convenient in March (it's 10 blocks from my current temp housing, but it will be half an hour away from work and home after September)
WWM17D? I really like my new doctors office, but I'm concerned with how inconvenient appointments and del Very will be with the hospital being so far away. There are good hospitals near my work. This hospital has a great reputation though. I'm so conflicted!
Last pregnancy I chose the office with convenient appointments. I didn't want to use all my sick days (i.e. Maternity leave) just on prenatal appointments. Then I switched schools and lost all my days anyway.
