Awww! notagoddess she's so precious and tiny! Meanwhile, my beastly 9 day old is wearing 3 month old jammies and totally filling them. Even my other giant babies were wearing this outfit much older. At this point 0-3 month is even a questionable fit.
Edit:Picture malfunction
Is it weird I'm jealous that my 5 week old is still drowning in some newborn clothes (some fit, depends on brand)?

Holy baby boom! Maybe F17 will have no stragglers into March! Congrats ladies!!
Hahahaha, dancerspose, maybe it's like the curly vs straight hair debate. Those with straight hair envy curls and those with curly hair love straight? I see tiny babies or even average 7-8lbs babies and I get all jealous of the cute little 'put them in your pocket' size babies because I don't even birth that size.
There was a woman at the BF support group yesterday with a 7 week old who is almost 15 pounds and almost too big for the 3-6 month clothes!
This is probably my future lol. I love my big, chunky babies but my God if he isn't a challenge to find a comfy nursing position for. His head is up at my boob but his legs already hang off my other side. Which is fine once they have some of their own body control but holding dead weight like that is a work out!

Those of you using a rnp, do you still swaddle and not buckle in or do you buckle in and not swaddle? We found one on sale today and got it since we are having mixed success with the pnp and bassinet.
Tell me how to make it worth it. Please. I need a good chunk of sleep without a baby attached to my boob!
musicallyinclined we swaddle and don't buckle. I can't see anyway for a newborn to get out of the RnP at this point. If they could roll or sit up, buckle (but also just don't use the RnP anymore).
I actually cut the buckle out of mine. We swaddle and that's it. With DS1 I didn't buckle or swaddle. By the time they are mobile they shouldn't be in the RNP really.

Thanks everyone. We swaddle in just a blanket right now and will switch to a swaddlesack when he's a bit bigger. And we also have a white noise machine.
We didn't have room for anything but the crib with DS1 since we were in a 600sqft apartment. Now we have all this room and so many options.
