We were going to go out to a brewery/bar tonight since we are kid free but DH changed his mind and I'm so happy. Currently sitting on my ass with popcorn and we're about to watch a movie.
Happy birthday, beefinch! My gift to you....stool softeners! Have you tried them? Sorry if that is a stupid suggestion/question but they are OK according to my doc and I also had some serious constipation with #1. I feel like it might be starting but isn't too bad yet.
Currently sitting in bed eating a bowl of pasta, sauce and cheese.
Gotta get changed in a minute and then we are on our way to watch beauty and the beast!
Had to eat something as I was starting to feel sick. It seems I have to eat something every 3/4 hours or I'll feel sick. Might stock up on granola bars to snack on throughout the day and one before going to bed as I hate feeling sick. I'd rather just be sick and be done with it.
So looking forward to cinema popcorn. I swear it's the best! (Should bloody be at £5 a bucket!!)

We are off to a 1st birthday party in a little bit. It's during nap time so this should be interesting. Not sure what person decided that this was the best time but whatever. We will leave when DS is ready to go. Last time we went to a birthday party (not during nap time), he went over, put his shoes on, and said "car please."
I was just scrolling through my old bump photos and I make a pretty cute pregnant lady. Just gonna go ahead and toot my own horn. I'm excited to show again. It's the only time in my life that I legitimately enjoy being big and round, lol.
Someone remind me I said that in third tri when I'm the biggest, whiniest complainer here.

I loved being pregnant from month 4-7. The first 3 months I'm so sick and the last 2 and I'm a sweaty, whiney bitch lol. I'm happy the last couple months it'll be cold here. DS3 was born in August and it was hell!
Ugh same. But I have IBS so I'm kinda of used to it.
Oh man, I have IBS but pregnancy is like the one time when I have normal bathroom visits because the constipation counteracts my horrible IBS symptoms. I've really enjoyed the last few weeks for that, heh.
I just made a huge mistake and had Taco bell for lunch but it was so damn good. Constipation usually hits me in the 2nd tri and I'm actually looking forward to it.

I enjoy weeks 13-30ish. Then I become a raging, complaining bitch.
DNW to be third tri pregnant in August. Hard pass. Our last house did not have AC and got blasted with evening sun. Oh good, I was so sweaty and miserable.

Oh I dread this except September. It is our hottest month and we don't have central AC (most people here don't because we generally don't need it). Not looking forward to being eleventy months pregnant with no AC at 105 degrees outside.
We might get a window unit, though. I think it will be a necessity.
Also +1 for wanting to start to show. Ive already bought some new maternity clothes because and tried them on and I'm excited. I actually loved being pregnant last time, most of the time anyway.
Wait. Wait. Wait. Did you say 105* and people don't have AC because it's unnecessary??? What kind of hell do you live in?
I'm in NY and we have four very distinct seasons, including very hot and humid summers. Central air was on our priority list for our new house. I can't wait to turn this place into an ice box when I'm giant, sweaty, hot preggo. It'll be so good.
My pgal brain is killing me today. The spotting started again last night after it had pretty much stopped for maybe 4 days. It's not heavy at all and it's still brown, but wtf. Why can't anything be easy? I'm also feeling crampy, although I think that's at least partly gas. I'm 7 weeks today and we just saw the heartbeat two days ago, but I can't allow myself to feel hopeful.

Such big hugs. Will your RE let you keep coming in for ultrasounds for reassurance?
We should start the PGAL/PIAF check in this week. I'm sure there's a few of us who would benefit from it.

I'm only supposed to go to my RE for blood draws now, but if the spotting continues (or especially if it worsens), I'm going to call to ask for another one. I had the same thought about the check in.

If it persists until Monday then I'd think you'd have every right to call. PGAL is seriously no fun. Takes so much of the joy of being pregnant away.
cnf2013, yeah, I probably will. I hope it stops though. PGAL definitely sucks. With 4 losses and two after seeing a heartbeat, I can't help but assume this one will be the same. Ugh. Sorry to be a Debbie downer! It's a rough day for me. 😕

I'm in NY too! Western NY
Central here, but H and I lived in the Finger Lakes for six years and loved it there. But CNY is home for us.
I have January and February babies (they were both supposed to be March, actually), so I've never been very pregnant in warm weather. I'm excited for adorable pregnant sundresses, but also sort of dreading it because we were still in the high 80s around halloween this past year.

It's garbage lol. I was very pregnant last summer (DD was due 10/1). August was hot as BALLS. And I live in Canada.

I just took a nap and MH surprised me with a slurpee, talk about a nice Saturday afternoon. Other than going for blood work and to the grocery store I've gotten nothing accomplished today.
