The tracking info said my phone would be delivered between 12:30 and 4:30 so I went to starbucks.
Guess what happened?
Can you find the truck? Did they just leave?
I called the number on the slip and it said they were here at 9:31 and it was like 9:40 when I got home. I'm hopefully going to be able to pick it up somewhere today or tomorrow. Someone is supposed to call me within the hour to arrange. Otherwise I'll have to change it to have it delivered to work and who knows how long that will take.
dogmama22 we took our first walk in the new stroller last night. I like it. The one handed fold is great and it is pretty compact when folded and doesn't take up a lot of room in the garage. N loved her seat although I could it imagine it being uncomfortable for an extended period of time but she didn't complain. And of course I loved that the keyfit clicked right in. H wished they tires were a little bigger. I thought it handled pretty great on turns but I don't think it would off road on grass the best for very long. But I don't really see that being an issue for us. One thing I noted is that the front seat doesn't recline much, so would probably be hard for baby to fall asleep in. I'm not sure when we will be able to put C in that seat, maybe a few months from now, so we will see. The canopy looks like it shields sun pretty good, that was a must for me. Also it doesn't feel big at all when you are pushing it, curious to see how it feels going somewhere indoors instead of the wide open outdoor space. I don't have another sit and stand stroller to compare to, but I'm happy with the purchase so far.
vlagroupie the double is way better when baby is out of the bucket. At least on mine, the baby can recline but then it cuts into the space the toddler has. I love using two strollers and that annoys H that we bought a double. But at least my double was only like $120.
vlagroupie I have free bagels this month too. I try to limit using it to like twice a week, but it's so tempting to order one every day.
I used to work at Panera and I was surprised by how many "regulars" we had, who would come in every morning. Mostly bagels and coffee, which is the cheapest thing on the menu, but still that adds up!

Yeah this one only have 1 recline position and doesn't go all the way back, I think that might be the biggest con. But N never took a nap in the stroller so I'm sure C would either, who knows. I like that this stroller feels a lot like a single stroller. So I don't really see us using 2 bc that just feels like a pita lugging 2 around esp if N doesn't really want to ride in a regular stroller but she seemed happy with the standing platform or just sitting on the jumpseat.
IDK, but it's happened to me twice. I may try to look at my order history and see if I can find something that may have triggered it. I want to say this time, I was going there a lot for breakfast or lunch and then hadn't been going as much when I got the reward. vlagroupie do you care to share your Panera habits with the group?

A double stroller is heavy as hell to push at the zoo. At least with my kids- that's 50+ lbs of kids. And my poophead won't walk up the hills.
UPS lady called me. They must not do this often because she seemed annoyed that she had to call. She was like "your package will be at will call today, but it's still with the driver, there's just no way to know what time. You can call later and find out." And I was like "where tf is "will call" and what number am I supposed to call? Lose the attitude, lady, I'm ready and willing to do all the leg work here." And then she gave me the number and address so fast I had to ask her to repeat twice. Whatever. They're open until 8. Hopefully I can go get it after I pick up Bub from daycare.

Yeah idk how the rewards are triggered. But my mom in Florida got the bagels too. They used to go once/month but she's been boycotting them over a gift card mishap so she hasn't been in a while. When I was ku I def went more than I should have, 2-3x Month and when I'm on the road for work I go a lot bc reimbursement. But I haven't been on the reg in months. becole do you have a mypanera card?

Ugh I would make MH push up the hills at the zoo, he needs the workout.

Annoying. I don't get why the usps and ups people are in such grumpy moods. The job doesn't seem horrible. And the usps people get good pay and benefits.
If you have a mypanera card they loaded on a reward for a free bagel everyday in April. I've had it where they give a free coffee everyday in a month too. There is no rhyme or reason (that I can find) to why they load this reward on the card.

When I worked there they told us it was completely random. But it obviously wasn't. Everyone got a free coffee drink with their first swipe, and then something else small on like #3 and #6-ish. And then once they had you hooked they space the rewards out more, but they're bigger rewards. And the people who ordered a bagel and coffee every day would never get a free bagel or coffee. They would get a free U Pick 2 or something. So there's definitely something strategic happening, but they're super tight-lipped about it.
But also, they changed how they do the rewards since then bc they used to not print on the receipt "x visits until your next reward."
I never use my mypanera card because if I use my phone number it shows like 8 different cards and it's kind of embarrassing. LOL FFFC: I used to just register a new card like every week to get a free latte. And then if a customer didn't have a card I'd put it on one of mine to get free shit. One of the people I used to work with got fired for doing shady stuff with the rewards cards though so I guess I'm lucky nobody ever noticed.

I rarely go to Panera and they load those free offers on my card regularly. I've never even used the offer once because I just hardly go there... and I don't like bagels.
