I rarely go to Panera and they load those free offers on my card regularly. I've never even used the offer once because I just hardly go there... and I don't like bagels.

You don't like bagels OR pancakes?!
This is where I'm at. ::jots down: do not invite sstwinklinglites for brunch::

They're not... good. I think I like most other breakfast foods.
Yeah this one only have 1 recline position and doesn't go all the way back, I think that might be the biggest con. But N never took a nap in the stroller so I'm sure C would either, who knows. I like that this stroller feels a lot like a single stroller. So I don't really see us using 2 bc that just feels like a pita lugging 2 around esp if N doesn't really want to ride in a regular stroller but she seemed happy with the standing platform or just sitting on the jumpseat.
A double stroller is heavy as hell to push at the zoo. At least with my kids- that's 50+ lbs of kids. And my poophead won't walk up the hills.
Do you have a wagon I wonder how that handles with two ....

A wagon is worse on the hills and the baby is too little for just a seatbelt- he needs a harness. I also like taking DS1 push car thing and a stroller for baby. I like the double for short trips or flat surfaces.

I use the wagon at the zoo, but it's a serious workout pulling it up the hills. I can't imagine if I had a second kid in there.
Ugh. I'm just being cheap .... I know shocker lol. We can't agree on a double stroller. A has to ride. She would hate the jump seat and she enjoys her ... I want one that one handed close.
I mean I have taken 2 out alone maybe twice in 6 months. Otherwise if there are two adults, I take two strollers. It is so much easier for me. I like the double for the mall and the neighborhood. I would buy the cheapest/ second hand double. I don't worry about one handed anything because there's no way you can lift it and put it in the car one handed. So either way the kids are in their car seats by the time youre folding the stroller. Mine is still easy to fold. Much easier than the bob. The bob sucks to fold. But I love it. My bob is my favorite baby item of all time everything.

I'm not planning on getting a double stroller. If I change my mind I'll buy one after the baby is here. But my current plan is to keep Bub in the stroller/wagon just like we do now, and wear #2. We also have 2 strollers if we wanted to do that instead. I'm hoping by the time #2 could go in the wagon, Bub will be old enough to make him get out and walk on the hills LOL. Or we'll rent the zoo strollers or something. We just don't use the strollers we have often enough for me to want to buy yet another.

Really? I don't think the BOB is hard to fold at all. But my stroller experience is limited, so other strollers must be awesome. LOL

Maybe mine needs cleaned but I always feel like I have to yank the cord to get it to close up. Yank hard- and use gravity- and sometimes make it bounce.

That's what I'm thinking. I'll wait unless I see an amazing deal at the auction site

Yeah that's not how I would describe mine. It needs a good firm yank, but no gravity/bounce.
For me the age gap has a lot to do with the stroller decision. Bub will be 3 when this baby is born, and definitely no more babies after that (knock on wood). So it's a pretty short amount of time that a double stroller will be helpful at all.

I should probably look it over. I wonder if there's a part you need to grease or something.
My sister bought a double bob... that thing probably has a use value of $100 per use.
I didn't love the double bob. It didn't fit in my car at all and it's so wide.
Yeah they keep it in their garage and she runs with it in their neighborhood but they don't take it many places. I think the nanny used it at the zoo. But seriously. Not often enough for that $$$$
mominthemaking14 what are you up to today? Usual WFH Friday? I'd maybe look at the city mini double too. It has two full seats. I'd definitely look on the Facebook marketplace, yard sale sites, etc. so many gently used double strollers and then you can re-sell for what you paid

I think this is something I would do if I had twins or 2u2 and wasn't going to be able to get out of the house or exercise without it. BC I loved my single Bob when I had just 1 baby. I loved being able to take it anywhere, and roll through grass and stuff. But when you have a decent gap btw kids it just seems like there are so many other options, this would not be my first choice.
On the topic of double strollers, I'm selling my Summer Infant 3D Two tandem double stroller. I listed it for $100, it sells for $200. It has really good reviews online, but fair warning... there are no words to describe how much I hate it. 😂 Last summer it was okay/doable for flat ground trips, but this years I guess with them both weighing more it's so hard to steer.
So maybe this post isn't an "anyone want to buy" as much as a "steer clear" 😊

lol I see we are double stroller twins. Bought it. Heavy boys. Hate it.

Oh, I'm 1000% in the camp of both parents take a stroller on outings. That's our go to. DNW to push 50lb+ of kid. DNW some wideload vehicle to maneuver. It sounded so great when I bought it, but just no.

Yes. Want to meet? I'm horrible I know. Worse case I may ship it
I have another on the topic of stroller, a WWYD. We are going on vacation next month. Need stroller(s) when we get there. Do we...
1. Take our strollers - full size one for each kid 2. Take two umbrella strollers and rent a nicer double for the trip when we get there
H is concerned about how the hell we are going to maneuver the airport with two full size strollers, two car seats, two children, and two backpacks as diaper bags. I mean, I get it, but two strollers we two strollers. What have you all 2 kid moms done recently?

That's what I'm thinking I produce 10lb girls lol. This one will just just as tall as A.

mominthemaking14 I agree the city mini fold is pretty great. I'm in a fb group and one of the moms is selling one like this. Not sure the price would have to ask if you're interested.
