jabs – I know (2) Cori’s and I am definitely not side-eyeing you Cora was also on my list!
bcmomsaysso – I like Madeline! But if you’re definitely not on board with the “M”, Adeline Rose would be my pick.
kaeguri – Love Rowan Genevieve! I love Genevieve on its own too. I’m a Jenna, and as a kid I used to pretend my full name was Genevieve.
aelias – Miles Kelly and Ian Kelly are both solid names. I lean more towards Ian, just because I have always loved the name. For girls, I love Elise Kelly!
cupcakecutiern – I like Logan Daniel. Ethan is a good one too, but I always think Logan is more masculine.
@jhalula09 – Neither of your choices is my style! So I’m just going to say that I think it’s great that you guys are all set on what your names are this early in the game!
ChrissDee – I just went to a Noah Robert’s first bday party! For girls, I love Eloise, but also not sold on Katya. I’d also spell it Katia just because Y’s in names tend to annoy me with their recent overabundance. I’d probably use Katherine, and use Katya as a nickname. I have a close friend Katherine that has always been Katie, so same difference!
abvintage – Love Beau, and agree with the spelling. Vivienne is just fabulous and I love it!
lindy – Here’s exactly where my thoughts went, in order. “Fault in Our Stars, To Kill A Mockingbird, Felix the Cat” so just keep in mind those are names with strong cultural attachments (especially Atticus and Felix!). Julian is a good name, and I actually work with a coworker who is Julius, and I like his name a lot. Thaddeus sounds a bit pretentious. Theodore. . . would you have a NN? Griffin/Finn – Cute! Holden and Jude bring us back to the cultural attachments, although they’re both fine names.
mommabakes – Henry is on my list!
@mamazbo – Yikes! I’m dying to know what your last name is now!! I don’t know if I’d go for Xavier with a ‘z’ last name, but if it works, it works! Beatrice I like just as a nod to old fashioned names, but Cecily is a prettier and more feminine name without being sugary sweet. Love your DD’s name too!!
elvenqueen – Love Evelyn Lily!! I think my two favs are Abigail Rose and Eloise Poppy. Sorry I couldn’t narrow down between those two. . . I like them both! For boys, I am not a huge fan of Aidan or it’s homonym names, but I do love Frederick, Elliot, Isaak (is the “K” a family spelling?), and Michael. Lots to choose from!!
Our names – we’ve really only talked about it a few times, so we’re definitely not decided yet.
Girl – Annalise Justine, Annette Katherine, Susan [something], Nanette [something]
Boy – Benjamin Lloyd, or Benjamin Clinton (have to decide which dad’s dad we want to honor), Samuel {Lloyd or Clinton}, Rambo (just kidding).
Edit - to add more names.
