Did sleep training help extend anyone's nap times? DS naps 45 minutes, and he is definitely not happy when he wakes up. We are going to train soon, and I'm hoping it helps the naps.
Yes, helped us tremendously. Well, a combo of sleep training and belly sleeping. But now it's rare if I get a nap under an hour. But he also doesn't take super long naps. He hits a wall at about 90 minutes but I'm perfectly fine with that.

Mixed bag here. Definitely an improvement if you're asking about getting him to nap to begin with. No fuss at all. Goes in the crib, wrestles with his Sleep Puppy for a couple minutes, and out by himself. he wakes up happy too, usually just calls out to be taken out of the crib, not crying or screaming. Duration-wise DS is inconsistent. If he's been up for over 2.5 hours, he'd nap for long. If we put him down after 2 hours of awake time, he'd only nap for 45mins. We think maybe he just doesn't need that much sleep.
