Ew. I'm going to start making girls shit. Here's my slogans "bought it myself" "he's at home making me a sandwich" those are just some of the ones I've got...
How about "I have the tits, I make the rules"?
Thought we were still talking about onesies... got very confused. I'm on track now.
My rainbow arrived 10/15/14.
5 cycles of "TTC" - 3 intentional, 2 not so intentional. 5 BFPs.
TFMC 08.02.13 at 19+ weeks. Everyday I grieve for my little Olive.
Does anyone else get ready in the morning and try to slightly coordinate LOs clothes with their own?
I'm not like "oh, let's both wear the pants with the racoon on the butt". But I like the colors to be complimentary if possible. I'd rather not be wearing bright red on a day he's wearing neon green and look like Christmas puked on us or something.
My view when I work out. DH golfs and does golf related things way too freaking much.
Same. Does he ever make you go with him? Last time DH and I were at the driving range I just played with the cat that hangs out there.
Pre-34 weeks of pregnancy we would play together every Friday evening, and I walked with him after 24 weeks or so. At our club only the primary member can play weekend mornings, so he plays early sat&sun and I used to join him after lunch, or we would meet at the pool.
I actually enjoy golf and used to take lessons, but i have to be in the right frame of mind for us to play together, otherwise I prefer to golf with colleagues.

My sister bought S a onesie that says, "I love auntie!". and he wore it to pick her up at the airport because I thought it would be sweet for the first time she met him.
He has never worn any of the grandmother stuff MIL bought for him.
I put it on her and snap a photo to pretend like she wore it

It's 8:45. I'm going to bed. I have no more fucks to give. Also I need dd to sleep more than an hour at a time tonight so I swaddled her ass. She doesn't roll so no worries. Hoping for unicorn sleep dust. See you notches in the MOTN
I just wish baby and kid clothes didn't have to say anything at all.
This. I try to get the aminals ones before the sayings unless they're actually unique and adorable. Like...you know... "Early Bird" or "Cute as [pi]" or "I'm told I love baseball."
That last one will be what she wears to the inaugural game of the OKC Dodgers.
Daycare is asking for more food again -- not sure what to do. On the one hand, 4 oz every two hours (what he currently gets, usually split between 2 bm bottles and 3 formula bottles) already seems like a lot based off the recommendation of 2.5 oz of formula/pound (he's 11 lb 4 oz as of last week) and the fact that he bf at home multiple times per night and in the morning before we leave. On the other hand, dude needs to gain weight...
Is my perception of how much he should be eating totally off? Knock some sense into me if needed, please.

On one my FB friends is about 37 weeks pregnant and just posted a selfie with a pack of cigarettes in her hand. I can't understand why you would knowingly do something that could cause harm to your child. FFTC.

Oh yes, all the time.
Most "matchy" I've been was about 2 years ago with DD1 (sorry, terrible pic):

I had a crazy day so I am still on page 2 of randoms.
My kids' pediatrician sent us a bill for a visit my son didn't have that they already billed insurance for and a flu shot that he didn't receive. I went and got his records to see what they used to bill these visits and there is completely made up records. They put in a fake weight and temp and everything. I called my insurance company and reported the situation to them so they can investigate. I had already talked to billing, but to me this is more than just a billing mistake if they made up vitals. I will be transferring care immediately.
We got counter offers back on our house but our realtor sent them to us at 4 and said she was heading to an appointment so she can't talk to us about them until the morning. She also wants us to come to her office which means dh has to rearrange his schedule for the second time this week. He could also get in trouble if his boss finds out he is away from his computer.
With everything going on I am so frustrated and stressed. I told dh to watch the kids and I went for a nice long walk around the neighborhood to calm down.
In good news, my cousin had her baby this morning. Yea!

I need to do this with a onesie my friend gave to LO. She got it because it has a hippo on it, but it's a boy's onesie, and it's obvious (the sleeves are more t-shirt-ish and square). It's adorable, but it's meant for a boy.

I don't know how it works in combination with breast milk since we FF. S dropped from close to 50th percentile to 30-something, and that was averaging about 32ish ounces a day, which he was eating once he hit 11lbs . He's now up to 40 something ounces. Basically it works out to him getting 5 - 6 extra ounces of formula a day, and that has in no way even made him chubby (to my disappointment), and since he's so small our pedi has no issues with the amount he is eating, especially since it's in intervals and we don't just feed him 24/7 in an attempt to silence him when he cries.
Also, this may be his growth spurt where he's suddenly requiring more calories. If he needs to gain weight I would send more, but that's from a purely FF standpoint. Which probably contradicts the BF advice lol

DS got a cute outfit with a hippo but it's meant for a girl! It has ruffles on the butt. Even if he was a girl, no to ruffles on the butt.
Haha, after we moved back my dad came to see dd at our house and was all like "how do I turn the camera direction around, I want to take a selfie with the baby" prior to the baby I don't think he's even used the camera on his phone!

I would offer more to eat if he is hungry, even if you think it seems like a lot. There will be days when babies blow the "recommendation" of how many oz they need out of the water, and days they eat less. And some babies just want or need more than others do. As long as the DCP can recognize baby's cues of being full and isn't force feeding, it's very hard to over feed a baby. They will stop eating when they are full.
DS is down. Immediately rolled onto his belly. SIGH. Mommy's going to be up all night, worrying.
My mom likes to tell me that God won't take my husband AND my baby and no amount of yelling IM AGNOSTIC at her makes her stop.
Ugh. Sorry but minor TP to your mom. I get she is just trying to reassure you (and I'm sure he is going to be just fine) but I hate the "God won't do such and such" crap.
