You lady's can keep the snow. I'm glad we've had a fairly mild winter in the Midwest so far.
I really just want 1 good snow each year. Just enough to play in and build a snowman or two with. And I prefer to do it in my backyard than in the mountains.

I would soooo love a snow day. Sadly, I am considered "essential personnel" which means I am required to come in no matter what. This is a particular brand of bullshit because I work with elective outpatient surgeries.

I can't blame you there. I do love mountains though.
No shower club for me, too. I just kept hitting the snooze. Something important was happening in my dream, and I wanted to see the outcome. I can't remember what it was, but it probably involved food.
Sol slept so well last night. I got up once to feed him, he ate for fewer than 10 minutes, then went back to sleep. I don't know why I feel so sleep deprived, though.

My dad just texted me that he found Sunny's pacifier we lost on Sunday. His dog just threw it up. Also, I just found my nephew's bouncy ball in my purse.
And a high of 72 today. I hate dressing for warm weather early in the morning because it's still cold when I leave my house and I just want to bundle up. My long sleeved black shirt I'm wearing now is probably going to suck on my commute home.
Where are you at if you don't mind me asking? We're in Waltham. Definitely over 12, probably more like 18+ just hard to tell from our 3rd floor apartment
mrssarahrenee I am jealous. I miss snow and snow days. I would love a cozy, lazy day at home with the fam.
Clothes success. I can wear jeans most day to work (so I haven't had to dress up in a month) but I tried on dress pants today and they fit. A little tight but still progress.

Dude after last year, this year is SO mild! Of course it's the winter where I dont have to drive to work so its not bad. Next winter will be horrendous now..
mrscjmb im sorry. I cant imagine how hard going dairy free would be so dont beat yourself up for it! Hope your LO gets better soon.
sweetadeline how much snow did you get? We got nothing but rain. Yay!
I tried getting DD2 to sleep without her swaddle last night and for two hours I would just keep patting her back to sleep. Finally I gave up and fed her one more time and put her in her swaddle. She slept from 12:30 to 4:30. She hasnt done that in a long time! She wasnt even doing that long of a stretch in her swaddle there for awhile. Now what should I do? Keep trying to break her from her swaddle or no? She isnt really trying to roll over yet but can roll from back to side without the swaddle.
And today is day two of potty training. DD1 had one accident last night at supper, but Im calling yesterday a success! Hopefully today goes well, too.
We are supposed to get up to 3 ft over the next couple of days!

I must have accidentally eaten something with dairy or soy in it because DD has been a screamy, pukey mess since yesterday morning. Ugh.
All the sads.
I'm wondering if I did the same thing. LO was extra fussy and puked way more than normal for her yesterday. Like, I don't ever put a burp cloth on my shoulder when I burp her, and I felt the need to do that every time yesterday. And she was super gassy last night. Poor girl.

You are also an essential notch. You must report to PB every day. No matter what.
Driving back to NM today. It was a great week of visiting with family and friends. Thankfully, I'm not doing this drive alone. DH flew in to DFW for a guys night and to drive home with me.

Just popping in to say that this area has two hour delays, some light snow, icy roads, and lots of school closings, yet I am in the office because I am so stressed out about work. I hate feeling this way, but it should settle down in a few weeks, if I survive.
Now I'm off to schedule 25 meetings over the next two and a half weeks with unavailable executives. OMG I'm so frazzled!
Bought a few new button downs at Old Navy yesterday and a pair of cheapie boots to wear for the rest of the season since I broke the zipper on mine. So much easier getting dressed knowing my hoobs will not be busting out of my shirt.
Oh ... And I finally ended up nodding off around 3. Perfect since my alarm goes off at 4:30 :/
