I passed out today DH and I were in the Apple Store, he was trying to get his phone fixed. It was really warm in there and I was standing up playing with a new iPhone. All of a sudden I felt weird and like I need to sit or get air or something. I tapped DH and said "im gonna step out for a minute" and that's pretty much the last thing I remember. I woke up on the floor with DH and two apple guys looking down at me. DH said he caught me and lowered me down, and that my head didn't hit the ground, and I was only out for a few seconds. But man, it was weird. It's happened to me a few times before but that was at least 6 years ago since the last time. I drank water, had a granola bar, then we went and got lunch. I feel fine aside from a bruise on my back from hitting the table, and LO is still moving around in there. Im glad there was no impact and that DH caught me. I was a little scared when I woke up though, it's weird not knowing how you got on the floor. So yeah, definitely a "Saturday random".
My dad bought my husband a neti pot for his asthma. But I've only heard horror stories about them killing people when used incorrectly - anyone used them?
they are amazing! like change your life. As long as you use distilled or boiled/cooled water there is no chance of being hurt, even if you do it wrong the likelihood is REALLY small
Guise I need help with my nose. It's ALWAYS stuffy and I'm getting close to cutting it off my face. There's nothing to blow out, or suck back into my head. It's just.. Clogged? Like my sinuses are swollen and I can't breath! So sick of being a mouth breather and trying to sleep with my mouth open. What can I do to make it go away for even a few hours? I just want to say normal words. Instead of bob for mom or doh for no. Urgh.
Put Vicks on your feet and wear socks. That always helps me!

I found some energy and decided to actually do something today. The plan was the put contact paper on the back of DS's 3 shelf bookcase. I measured over and over again, and every time I ended up cutting the wrong size paper. How??? The bottom shelf is actually 4 pieces of contact paper, that's how badly I suck today and how little I give a crap. Back to doing nothing.

I got a TON of cleaning finished today! I rearranged our living room furniture too and it really opened up the room. I love feeling like my home has been refreshed.

want to send me some of that motivation?
My real motivation is that whenever I finally get everything in order, I'll be paying someone to come every other week to clean!
With the britax, did you guys ever feel like stability was an issue while using the carrier? DH was playing with the display model in the store and was shaking it and didn't like how it only clicked in on the one spot on each side. I pointed out that we wouldn't be going for a walk in an earthquake, and he was not amused...
We never had any issues with stability. It always seemed very secure, never wobbled or felt loose. We never took it over incredibly rough terrain or anything, but it worked well for outside walks, trips to the zoo etc.
Not the OP, but thank you for this answer!
This is my concern about the B-Agile as well, because while I love how light it is I've also read some reviews saying that it can be a little "tippy" and one person reported it falling over while the baby was in it. I'm the person who will be 100% sold because of 9862357623562 positive reviews and then there is ONE bad one and I'm back to second guessing, haha.
I give Carrie Underwood props for performing a few weeks ago while pregnant. I'm over here listening to music and I can't even finish a sentence with out struggling to breath and sing lmao.

DH uses his religiously, took me a while to get on the neti train but now I use it when I'm feeling particularly stuffy. We use filtered water and nuke it for just under a minute, the warm water definitely makes it more pleasant. Sometimes you have to play around with the amount of saline solution, we buy the little packets and it took a while to realize my magic number is 1.5 packets. 1 leaves me feeling stuffy, 2 makes it a little too burny.

In the words of Ice Cube: "Today was a good day"
1) Slept 10 hours last night (a much needed 10). 2) DH made me a yummy breakfast. 3) Met with a new design client who bought a big e-commerce website from me! This job will bring in money to pay for the new nursery, and maybe a nestegg for savings. 4) Worked out like a mad woman and burned double the calories I normally burn.
I haven't had a good day in a while, so this was great.

This was my grandmother's cure for everything! Just reading that gave me a warm fuzzy. Thank you! Oh, and you're, right it works.
I made grilled portobello sandwiches for dinner and convinced DH to run down to the BBQ place for French fries and coleslaw for me. Yum. (I didn't eat all those fries myself, btw.)

Laying in bed catching up on today. Day one of prenatal was very good, and also I realized I know fuck all as a FTM. I had tears through some of the birth vids, that skin to skin contact when the baby looks up at the mum. That will be us, I can't even.....
We had pizza hut for supper tonight and it sucked. I used to love pizza hut! But lately the crust takes up half the slice and it just tastes like leftovers or something. I think we're done ordering from there for a while
I finally saw baby moving from the outside. I have so much flub leftover on my belly from my other pregnancies that I was sure she was too deep inside for me to ever see. I really hope that knowing this is my last baby will motivate me to get my mid section back in shape (or get a tummy tuck )
