Had sex last night for the first time in 2 weeks. I was avoiding it because it made me nervous to 'disturb anything' until I was FOR SURE KU, H understood, no biggie.
So anyway, was a little crampy after, still a little crampy this morning, and just passed two decent sized clots and am spotting. WTAF.

On a positive note, finally slept through the night last night. Between this fucking puppy and DS I feel like I had been getting up every couple of hours. Last night was heaven. And no accidents!!! (DS or the puppy lol)

I slept through the night for the first time in weeks, it was awesome.
I am now having sex dreams regularly. It's been 7+ weeks since I have had sex, which has to be the longest stretch in our marriage/relationship. I hope the bleeding and SCH clear up soon, extended pelvic rest has given me the libido of a teenage boy.
TTC #1 since August 2011 DH (32): SA is ok, slightly low morph, normal SCSA Me (32): Slightly low P4, hostile CM, carrier for CF, high NKC, High TNFa, heterozyogous mutated Factor XIII, and +APA October 2012-August 2015: 4 failed IUIs, 3 failed IVFs, 2 failed FETs w/donor embryos, 1 freeze all IVF, 1 Failed FET, and 1 cancelled FET November 2015: FET w/ DEm #3 Transferred 1 perfect 6AA blast

I was up for a long time last night. I hate waking up so often and having difficulty falling back asleep.
We had a dusting of snow last night, and now it is sleeting. DS keeps asking to go sledding. Maybe dh will take him out later, although it is not nearly enough to sled!

Theophania - I'm sorry you are going through that. I'm not sure what to say - but ((hugs))
Naria - I hope you got some more rest. The insomnia does blow. You have my permission (not that you need it) to throat punch the first person who says "It's your body getting you ready for the sleepless nights with baby." I got that one often with DD.
DS has been up screaming for at least an hour straight the past two nights. My guess is that it's a combination of teeth (he's got 3 that look like they just want to burst through but are slowly torturing him), and getting off his schedule with the holidays. Sleep baby! Otherwise, this is really going to kick my ass once the exhaustion kicks in. I had it bad with the first two - so I'm assuming I'm in for it this time, too.

My personal favorite (from moms of infants, usually) was "It's only going to get worse." You know, that was NOT the least what I needed to hear, nor was it guaranteed to be true. I was just about to kiss the one woman who said, "I actually slept better once the baby got here."
So I don't know if my headache is causing the nausea or the nausea is adding to the headache or what.
DD had a fever last night and she's all congested. That's what spending two days with her cousins causes. Every time. This morning she was happily chatting away in her crib and I could tell she was feeling much better. No more fever

In both my term pregnancies I had a u/s at 6w3d. I'm 6w3d today and no ultrasound. I know superstition has nothing to do with it, but my PgAL brain won't stop nagging me.

I had early ultrasounds with my first two because my cycles are minorly irregular (Anything a week past the normal 28 days, my OB will do a dating scan). And while I stated in another thread that I'd be happy without one this time until 20 weeks (and it's true) - those early ones are very reassuring. Do you think your Dr. Will schedule one? Hopefully they will.

Do you have one scheduled within the next couple weeks? Just deep breaths! It couldn't hurt to ask for one if you need reassurance.

I'm going to ask tomorrow. I will let PgAL brain show through full force and hopefully it will tip their scales. In the past they were willing to offer an 8 week u/s, which would be something at least.
I will say one thing: IDK how much the Unisom is helping the nausea but it is REALLY helping with the insomnia. I had the wicked insomnia with all 3 of my other pregnancies (and with this one until a few days ago). I know how brutal it is. I hope you all get some well deserved rest very soon.

I am seriously about to fall asleep at my desk this morning. I got a decent night sleep but I am still exhausted. I have been off coffee since my IUI and I am really trying to hold out on starting again until after 1st tri.
Oh, and my pregnancy eczema is back with this PG too except this time the dry spots are on my face. Makeup doesn't work, just constant lotioning but even then I still look like a leper.

I may try it. Can't effing sleep. How hard will it be to night nurse my daughter on unisom?
