I think we were at 18* this morning. GDI.

But we're supposed to be back up to 51* by Friday. So strange. I did read yesterday that due to El Nino, we should have a pretty mild January through March with little precipitation in my neck of the woods. Here's the hoping! After the last 2 winters, we could use a break.

ladytiffany24 I think we're supposed to stay chilly for awhile now. The most recent predictions I've read for our region say to expect normal temperatures Jan-Feb, but lower than normal precipitation (read: snow). I can deal with that. After record breaking snowfall (and cold temps) the last 2 years, I'll take it.

In other news, someone PLEASE deliver me from the land of sickness. Particularly, Man Flu. Jesus, Mary, and Joseph....

Down South here, we are in the 40s, but there is snow in the forecast. Weird. We sometimes get a light dusting, or we get a full on ice storm. Never the good stuff.

Today is also CD1 and my ute must hate me. These cramps are no joke.

Also, I bought new pants for work and these damn things make weird noises when I walk. I seriously tried on every pair of black work pants that I could find at Kohl's and these were the only ones that fit... and they make noise when I walk. I can't win.

Good Morning! It's currently 65 here, which is a welcome change from the ridiculous heat of December. This is finally normal for this time of year. I did just read that they're expecting Florida to be colder than normal Jan-Mar, which makes me happy because I want an opportunity to wear some cozy sweaters like most of the rest of the country!

I hate the cold. It's the worst, the worst!! HOWEVER I'd just like to point out that it makes cleaning up after the dog a lot easier.. Petrified in under a minute.

It is negative eleven billion degrees outside here ... okay really only -8*F but I have to go out to restock firewood in the house so DNW that. When it warms back up to the 30s tomorrow it is going to feel like summer! I really need to just make myself go though because when if the stove goes out I'll be even more sad lol.

I'm sitting in my doctor's office waiting to talk to her about my blood work I had done. Apparently, my white blood cells are slightly elevated so they want to check that out.

mustloveerica, I'm down in southern Ohio now. I actually didn't live right in Cleveland but a small town about an hour and 20 minutes south of it. I'm a huge Cleveland sports fan so I throw that in my usernames a lot. My mom now lives in Rocky River and my sister is in Brunswick.

Thankful for the person who invented heated car seats. Also for my DH who goes out to turn the car on every morning before I get my ass into it.
