I was only offering one side but realized that meant one boob had to go twice as long before being emptied, and since i am prone to clogged ducts, that is not good. So about a week ago, i just cut DD off when i thought she was halfway done and offered her the other side. My boobs got the message and regulated pretty quickly (each boob only had to make half as much but twice as fast)
Does anyone have peepee issue? Baby max is constantly peeing on himself. I have to change him 3-4 times out of his wet clothes. Tried 3 different diapers (pampers, Huggies, honest) so I think he just pees a ton.

We did for the first time today. He was in a huggies nb.

Maybe it's a boy thing? I've tried pushing his penis downward but he still wets himself.

happens to me too! could be a boy thing. It happens way more often with huggies than the pampers swaddlers... I try pulling the diaper tight, but he still wets himself multiple times a day.

Yup its a boy thing, it happened with DS1 and DS2. I am thinking it is because of the vaseline you put on after the circumscision - makes the diaper not absorbant?

my LO has also been having multiple pee accidents. He's in Huggies NB. We tried pampers NB but they seemed too small. Then pampers size 1 is too big right now, so guess we'll stick with Huggies.

That makes sense. We were using neosporian so that could be another reason why he keeps wetting himself.

Are they leaking out the top or the legs? If it's the legs, make sure the ruffles around the legs are out. If they aren't, pee and poop will come out. If it's coming out the top, point the penis down or go to the next size up even if they seem huge. #1 wears a 4 during the day, but a 6 at night because he needs the absorbency. It's a bit big, but I angle the tabs slightly down to get a better fit around the legs.
It could also be the brand. We use Pampers Swaddlers with both because they are long and lean. Other brands might work better depending on how your infant is shaped. I've also heard some brands are better for girls vs boys, but we've only ever used Pampers.
We never had any issues with the Vaseline we had to use while #1 healed.

Huggies never worked for my boys. Constant leaks. I had no problem using them with baby girl, and I just finished the package they gave me at the hospital, but she's in Pampers now since that's my preference.

He wets all up his back. I've tried several diapers and he still wets himself. He pees a boat load so Im trying to change him often but he still goes through. I haven't tried size 1 because I'm trying to get rid of the NB diapers. In guessing I should try the size 1. Thanks.
Like this. With DS he kept leaking until someone else mentioned it. Sometimes you have to run your finger along their leg to flip it out. Also with boys you have to make sure their penis is pointing down into the diaper.
Thanks for the info. I've been trying it all. Never noticed the sides. I'll make sure to check it out.

I've never used one with my babies, apparently I have good night vision. But I recently put these in my kids' room and one in the hallway and they don't seem too bright but I haven't been in their room with the lights off, door closed, and the nightlight on.

We leave the bathroom light on and the door cracked. Then I use my cell when I need more light.

I put a receiving blanket over the lamp on my nightstand. We haven't graduated from that to just a nightlight yet...

We do this except with the closet light (as it's right next to my side of the bed). It helps to keep me awake for now, but I will start using a headlamp with red light once she starts going longer stretches and I'm not so likely to fall asleep mid-feed.

We stole the one from the baby's room, it is really bright but I could sleep through a marching band and stadium lights at this point so it doesn't matter.
