steph I'm also on Zoloft with no side effects. I love it. I hope you can find something that helps.
I take fluoxetine and have no side effects from it. I also took it during pregnancy and for years before
I was on this prior to pregnancy. I didn't know you could stay on it during. It worked well for me too, but with a few side effects if I missed a dose by more than a few hours.
What do you look for in terms of sleepy cues? I've tried to do that and either I'm missing them or she just hates napping because I haven't been able to find that sweet spot where she'll fall asleep quickly. Maybe she's gotten used to sleeping in the carrier during the day so she wants that, idk.
This might sound weird but the skin behind her eyebrows gets red. This has been the case with all 3 of mine--when they get tired, their eyebrows get red
After watching her closely, I think DD gets the red eyebrows too, weird. She still really resists napping though, sigh.
Yaay!! Which one? Oddly, we have a top tooth. I always thought the bottom two came in first.
It's her bottom right. I'm guessing the left won't be far behind because they usually come in together. She sure is clamping down hard while nursing! (Wince)
DD is chomping on Sophie and her hand like they might run away, poor poodle. I think she is getting her bottom left bc her left cheek keeps getting rosy

My LO has been chomping too. I told my sister to get him the mitt off Amazon for Christmas. Rosy cheeks here too.

No teeth please. No no no not ready. Lol.
Yup, lots of chomping here too. I can actually see the front bottom two under the gums. She mostly ends up with her hand in her mouth since she can't always figure out other stuff.

We had the 4 month appointment yesterday. She is 11lb2oz, over a pound bigger than her sister at 4 months. And we have extra fussiness today that I'm attributing to shots.
The baby has had a lot of trouble taking a bottle. He'll do it if he's starving but he isn't a fan at all. He also latches and eats at the breast but doesn't stay latched. I just assumed he was distracted. I was looking in his mouth last night, it looks like he's got a pretty prominent top lip tie. I guess I'll mention it to the pedi next week. Isn't that something they should've been checking for?
DH took off mon, tues, wed this week to help with the transition of me going back to work. He has both B and the baby today. He's losing his shit.
::giggle::
This morning I was going to work early and Jay had to figure out how to get ready with the baby around. Last night, I was like "You realize the reason you can take 90 minutes to get ready and take that leisurely morning shower is because I'm watching the baby, right? And the reason I can get ready in ten minutes is because I have to watch the baby, right? Tomorrow is going to be very eye opening for you."
He laughed. Nervously.
EDIT: I'm sorry if my laughing was inappropriate. I don't doubt that it's hard for him.

My pedi "checked", but I was the one that pointed it out to her. We got the referral to the ENT and he said it was pretty severe. We didn't do the revision though because they wanted to put him under to do it. We will revisit at a year. LO doesn't have any issues with eating though (and is actually pretty overweight smh). I may have pressed further if he had a bad latch.

Sakinah my little one is a chunky baby as well so I'm not sure if they'll do anything or not. I guess I'll find out more soon. I just assumed it's something that they would've looked for in all babes.

Hi friends! sorry I've been MIA for a few days. We survived thanksgiving travel! It totally messed up E's schedule... he just woke up at 3am today, ready to take on the day. Me, not so much.
The trip was really nice. E got to meet his great grandma - and it meant so much to her. She keeps saying, "I can't stop looking at him, the joy of my life! My great grandson!" It was just so lovely to be all together.

I feel bad that I don't post often lately, but I tend to get on, get caught up reading and then one of the girls needs me before I post anything lol. Tonight DH goes to work out of town so it will be my first time alone with both girls overnight. At least we were just given a king bed so there's plenty of room if I have to put the toddler in my bed haha.
Round two of this cold is working it's way through my house and I seem to be getting the worst of it
I'm about to head out for a chiro and massage appt. I can't wait. I'm desperately in need.

A couple weeks ago we were at the park down the street and another family was there. DD and the little girl were playing together and the mom and I were chatting because I had the baby with us and she was expecting her third. They left and I was kind of regretting not getting to know the mom better. (I need friends with kids!)
Today we were at the park again and the grandma from that family came with one of the kids. We were talking about preschool and being a SAHM. She was saying she wished her daughter would make time for play dates with other kids. Even with that opening I still didn't say anything. I'm sad because I feel like we could be friends but I don't know how to make it happen.
